From the coast to the farm to the port, Zroni Enterprise connects Ghanaian seafood, fresh produce, farming and food processing with buyers worldwide. Sustainability and local retail run through everything we do.
Who we are
One supply chain, owned from source to shipment.
Zroni Enterprise is an agro-export house based in Ghana. We work across seafood and fresh produce, and we back both with our own farms and our own processing. The sustainability and retail sides of the business keep the whole operation running. The thread that ties it together is simple: we want to know where our food comes from, and we want our buyers to know too.
Most exporters buy from middlemen and hope the quality holds. We grow a large share of our produce ourselves and source the rest from growers we know by name. Our seafood is landed fresh on the Atlantic coast, graded, and put into cold chain quickly. By the time a shipment reaches the port at Tema, it has passed through hands that answer to us at every step.
That control is the point. When you own the chain from the farm and the coast through to the container, you can keep quality steady and timing honest. You can also tell a buyer exactly what they are getting. We put our agricultural waste back to work as fertiliser for the next season, and we sell into our local market in Ghana, so the business stands on more than one leg.
Built to hold quality
Our own cold rooms, our own team, at real scale.
Owning the chain means investing in it. We built our own cold rooms so seafood goes from the coast into steady cold storage fast, and we keep produce moving through our warehouse and out to the port at volume. At every step there is a member of our team on the floor, on the quay or in the cold room, making sure what we ship is what we promised.
On the ground
When you visit, you deal with the founder.
We are owner-run, and our founder works the chain himself, from our partner farms through to the cold room. You deal with him directly, so the person you meet on the ground is the person who stands behind every shipment we send.
